Professor of composition & orchestration at the Conservatoire royal de Mons in Belgium (Higher Education).
Has given numerous international workshops and conferences in European and Arab Universities & Conservatoires.
Presented his invention: a « Polyphonic maqam musical system » at the Royal Academy of Arts & Science of Belgium.
This achievement was praised as a crucial milestone in music history by several musical figures throughout the USA, Europe and the Arab countries. Qoutayba Neaimi aims to promote peace and dialogue between cultures, advocating both for the valorisation of cultural roots and for the importance of cultural encounters.
